II Jornadas Científicas – Retos en el diagnóstico y Terapia de la Retinosis Pigmentaria

Los próximos días 14 y 15 de marzo se celebrarán en Terrasa (Barcelona) las Jornadas Científicas “Retos en el Diagnóstico y Terapia de la Retinosis Pigmentaria” (INSCRIPCIÓN GRATUITA) en las que participaran reconocidos investigadores básicos y clínicos (españoles y extranjeros) así como pacientes y asociaciones de afectados. Ademas se conceden Creditos:

Créditos ECTS (Grados): 1

Créditos Libre Configuración: 2

Los ponentes extranjeros vienen desde Estados Unidos, Alemania y Australia a compartir sus últimas investigaciones en el diagnóstico y tratamiento de las enfermedades de la Retina, asistirán también los médicos e  investigadores más destacados en España y será una magnífica oportunidad para estudiantes e investigadores noveles de aumentar su conocimiento y poder consultar directamente a los profesionales en las diferentes mesas que se organizarán después de cada ponencia, ya que el formato de estas jornadas tiene como objetivo principal el debate y la retroalimentación de todos los participantes.
Gracias a la excelente relación con todas las asociaciones de afectados de Retinosis Pigmentaria, se podrá contar con su asistencia y aprovechar esta sinergia de conocimientos y experiencias desde todas las partes involucradas cuando se hace frente a esta enfermedad.
Se conseguirá tener una visión actualizada de esta patología (desde el punto de vista de expertos clínicos, investigadores básicos y de los afectados y sus familias), introducir los avances más recientes en este campo, y discutir cómo se puede realizar una transferencia eficaz del conocimiento científico a la práctica clínica. La idea es presentar algunas de las principales líneas de investigación en este campo y favorecer el intercambio de conocimientos y el desarrollo de ensayos clínicos en este grupo de enfermedades para las que todavía no existe ningún tratamiento efectivo.
Las jornadas han sido organizadas por La Cátedra de Investigación en Retinosis Pigmentaria Bidons Egara que coordina el  grupo de investigación de Neuroingeniería Biomédica del Instituto de Bioingeniería de la Universidad Miguel Hernández.
